"Simple easy to check in and out hotel. Everything was it should be. Breakfast good closes dead on time"

"When we arrived the front desk assistant said that the room we booked through Expedia wasn’t available. I told him the only reason we booked with them is due to the specific type of room. He said to take it up with Expedia. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the downstairs hallway leading to the elevator. The desk assistant advised us that the pool didn’t work due to water pipe issues. Surprisingly, the room we booked was actually clean."

"Very dirty place i know is an affordable place but the lack of hygiene was insane towels and bathrooms were full of Pubic hair and stains. I went to request for new towels they said the towel storage room is closed and that you get for what you paid for . Very disgusting attitude and place."

"The hotel was in a very unmaintained state. The labels were missing from the elevator buttons, and the table/dresser in the room had a broken door. There were stains on the walls and the floor was dirty and appeared to have not been vacuumed before we received our room. The tv appeared to have a large scratch or crack in the screen. The bathroom vent fan was not working and the toilet paper holder was so rusted staff left the roll on the sink We never received room service to give us fresh...

"I could gave it 1 star because I had to. This was the absolute worst place I've ever stayed at. Nothing in the room was cleaned. Toilet was a mess. The bathroom door frame was half broken. Durty walls. There were even receipts left in the drawers. We had to wipe it down with clorox wipes and it was disgusting. A room in that kind of condition had no business being rented out. Inexplicable conditions. Unacceptable. "

"Non smoking room. When you walked into lobby you could smell smoke. Slight smell in room. Couldn't work heat unit. It was dirty. Shower faucet was loose and falling off. Never again. Could hear neighbors tv all night. Never again."

"The breakfast was surprisingly delicious and they kept the food supplied really well despite how crazy busy it was. There could be more seating available for breakfast but we made due by waiting. The staff were very friendly and had our baby’s portable crib in the room upon our arrival even though there was a lot of people there and checking in. The beds are very comfortable and the hand sanitizing wipe on the remote was a nice touch. We only stayed one night but this hotel made us want to stay...

"The hotel was modern and clean, the staff was helpful and kind, the elevator was fast and clean. The parking lot is free and a lot spots are available. but for the price, it is so expensive; The breakfast is not included, just to select “stay with breakfast” when book it. It is not a buffet, just a restaurant to order it. The toilet paper in the rooms are the cheapest and the worst one could be found in the US. The blanket is like a plastic. "

"This is a wedding venue mostly but they do make rooms available to guests during the week and off peak periods. The entrance to the property threw me as it was behind the parking lot of a defunct closed strip mall and at first, I wasn’t sure the approach was taking me to the right place.. when you arrive and park, there is a 24/7 lobby that is not staffed, there I found a basket with an envelope and my name on it which contained a passcode to the common area and my room. I was the only one...

"Excellent facility, great staff and management. Very quiet neighborhood, easy to get to. My go-to for Cleveland area visits now. Rooms are well thought out, breakfast service is superb. "
