On day 3 was spoke to a housekeeper and he told us that we need to request service from the front desk. He was kind enough to give us fresh new towels. "This is a wedding venue mostly but they do make rooms available to guests during the week and off peak periods. The entrance to the property threw me as it was behind the parking lot of a defunct closed strip mall and at first, I wasn’t sure the approach was taking me to the right place.. when you arrive and park, there is a 24/7 lobby that is not staffed, there I found a basket with an envelope and my name on it which contained a passcode to the common area and my room. "The breakfast options are okay. There is no coffee options after breakfast in lobby like most hotels l. Rooms are clean. Some items rusted in hotel. Pool is supposed to be heated but is really cold."

The toilet at the bottom one side was disgustingly dirty, top of the fridge, vent hood and the coffee pot was covered in dust . No way would I use that coffee pot.
