"Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel. The location was convenient.

"Interesting layout. The rooms surround a spacious outdoor grass courtyard. The north wing must exit into the courtyard to access the pool, hot tubs (2, one was out of order,) lobby and continental breakfast dining room. The bed in our room (126) should be replaced. The continental breakfast had a decent variety and the hot items were hot and tasty. The staff were pleasant and hustled to keep up and accommodate the long weekend rush as there were several soccer teams lodged for the weekend. "

"The pool is disgusting. Probably has been clean in years. Full of hair. The deck was full of hair. Took my kids swimming there when they got out they’re covered in hair of other people. Hotel room seem perfectly clean. Check in clerks were very kind. However, while we were there, it was very loud kids running around up and down the halls, despite the 11 PM quiet time. "They’re undergoing a renovation so even though the rooms are clean and comfortable, the amenities were closed. One of the outlets by the side of the bed in our room was not working and another was coming out of its socket. But other than that we had a good stay, clean comfortable room and the staff were diligent and nice"

"I was going through a personal time when I checked into the hotel and an accelerated with my personal time of rescuing my autistic son from my ex-husband and they moved mountains for me. All the staff was very helpful warm and loving everything was perfect and this is where we will be staying any place that I go is at the Sandman hotel.
A special note to the Sandman Hotel in Kelowna for the lady who was the supervisor I believe of the cleaning staff I’m not sure she was on site in the evenings...
