"The entire place smelled off. Not bad, per se. Just off. The hallways were the worst smelling. The rooms were a relief from the hallways but still not the best. All of our luggage and clothing now smells like it. The rooms were smaller than shown in the pictures. So, that was disconcerting. The bathrooms had mold in some spots and the shower curtains needed to be replaced bc of the musty build-up, meaning they had probably been there for years instead of replaced like they should be for a hotel...

"Room was very dirty and didn’t look like it had been cleaned in weeks. Had to switch rooms due to bugs and cockroaches. Neither room had a window that shut. Maintenance did come to sort window out in second room but screwed it shut so then no option to open. Water dispenser also did not work. No hand wash in bathroom. Coffee machine in room also did not work. Generally quite poor, would not stay again"

Since I arrived after dinner hours, there was no one to greet me and there followed a few minutes of awkward stumbling through halfways to find my room.
