Lobby decent, staff friendly but…In the room the floors were sticky, walls were dirty, no tv remote, no trash can, uncomfortable bed and pillows, blinds were broken causing street lights to shine in the room. Elevator had a strong chemical smell which made it intolerable to use. "We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around."
