"I usually stay at a residence Inn, a Marriott property when I visit my grandchildren. But they had no rooms available. So I'm comparing my experience with them. I'm accustomed to a two minute check-in. It took 22 minutes. How do I know? I had to take a pee and they have no public restroom available. Our room had a kitchen, but no pots or pans or knives or forks or dishes. Nothing! The bathroom did not have a waste basket. There was no ice in the freezer and the property does not provide any ice....
