"The property was conveniently located to downtown without staying downtown. Parking was ample and no charge! Rooms very clean and floor staff greeted me with smile and were also courteous. The desk staff were very friendly and always greeted me with warm smile and pleasant disposition. They made entering the property feel like you were welcomed guest.... A comfortable stay! "The people were nice but the place needs to change housekeeping. Our room was only done once in four days, despite hanging the card to have the room made up on the door. We had to chase down housekeeping multiple times. Often they would be sitting in other rooms on their phones when we found them. Also, the carpet is filthy in the rooms and every time we showered they water would turn black (we were barefoot in the room the first two days, but not after that).
