"Loved how clean the hotel was. The AC and fresh quality of the room. Staff very friendly. The restaurant lowered the quality tremendously. It didn’t match. Although breakfast was included the quality was watered down. Same buffet every morning. Taste was lower grade. Presentation looks good but the experience felt like a pub. No menu was offered as a substitute. Seating was not classy. Or comfy. I wasn’t informed of other options in the hotel. But outside from the restaurant it’s pleasant."

"Charged for early check in @ 2pm. I have never in my life been charged for an early check in at a hotel. I had travelled to attend a wake. Got to hotel around 2pm to change into suit for a wake @ 4pm about 1 hour away. Charge fee was not on information sheet on Expedia confirmation information. Hotel did not want to budge. Called Wyndham Hotels corporate, said they could do nothing as they were a franchise. Spoke to a supervisor, they said they would look into and have not heard back....

"The rooms were okay. The first room (201) had weird small pillows and the TV didn't work. We got moved into another room(203) so we could get TV, but that one didn't work either. Signage was bad. For instance trying to find the door to the stairs. It was an unmarked door. Or trying to find the lobby. Good luck. The beds were not bad. A bit on the hard side but not bad."

"A perfectly acceptable place to spend a night as you are passing through. Though I can't imagine anyone is vacationing with Windsor Locks as their final destination, if there is more to this place than I know and that is your plan, then I would probably not think this would be your best choice. Hallways could use a deep cleaning to get rid of a not-so-great smell, the lobby is just very basic and could be better maintained, and the rooms are definitely dated. But the rooms are generally...
