"Arrived around 8 pm to hotel. Guy at the reception was helpful and told me that he could see in the system I had asked for the extra bed included in the room. That it should be ready. Had written 2 days in advance for the extra bed to be made. Stayed in one of their suites. Extra bed was not there It was unclear if the sofa in the room was a a sofa bed or not. When I called the front desk they apologized and told me they would send someone from housekeeping. 1 hour later someone from valet car...

"The staff appeared untrained and unprepared to handle even basic tasks, such as checking guests in. I had a reservation through Expedia, yet the process felt as though they had never dealt with a third-party booking before. Unfortunately, the hotel was unable to locate my reservation, and I was required to pay for the room a second time. I am now in the process of trying to obtain a refund for the duplicate charge."
