Overall, the room was clean, but there was no hand soap at the sink at all, only in the shower. The breakfast buffet was not well attended to. When the pancake machine stopped working, it was because it needed more batter. The bowl of bananas was empty at times.

They take $100 deposit and it’s have been over four weeks and I still cannot get back my deposit in my account call them several times they said they will reverse it and I still cannot see that $100 yet ..they said this is happening to a lot of customers so why not fix that problem you’re quick to take my money but not quick to refund it back to my account

2nd Holiday Inn Express I’ve steyed in this year. I’m fairly confident these building were previously old-age facilities (or possibly hospice centers), as our entire room, including but not limited to the bathroom, had handrails along each wall. Additionally, the bathroom drain was outside the shower in the center of the bathroom floor. This ensured that after you showered, the entire bathroom floor would be flooded and likely run out into the hallway and bedroom area. I’m also dumbfounded as to why high-hats were not installed, as the only lighting in the room is one sconce at the door, then 2 on either side of the bed. That said, it is quite cheap relative to other properties and you get what you pay for. Had literally any other properties been available during my needed dates, I would have certainly chosen otherwise.

This is a pretty modest propery and not very large or in a setting that lends itself to exercise, run, walk etc. It does have an exercise room with one of each common equip, some weights and an outdoor pool. Everywhere seemed very clean, the breakfast was surprisingly good and varied. The staff we saw were warm and friendly and helpful. The price was right for our purpose, which was visiting family in the area. We were disappointed that there was no coffeepot in our room till we learned they are available upon request. All in all we'd stay there again

Abdullahi Aden, at the front desk, was just wonderful! If it wasn't for him, this hotel would have received a really negative review from us. He was helpful in every way, from restaurant suggestions to taking our photos after an evening out. From first contact at the desk, he was smiling, cheerful, & just a picture of welcome to your establishment. He was there all the time, it seemed, so you are really lucky to have him. I would consider a raise to him as he is a huge asset to you. The room we had, which was the accessible room, was really bad. The shower flooded out to the entire bathroom. I understand that they had remodeled to make the bathroom accessible, but it was very poorly done. The closet cabinet blocked the lighting, there was no desk area, and the alcove where the fridge & microwave were shoved could have used a counter, or the room could have been rearranged differently. I was a hotel interior designer in my career years, and this was really bad! Lighting in the room was dreadful. It was all clean, though, so kudos to the staff for that. However, not so great to the manager, who I had requested to repair the safe that wouldn't lock. He came down, but couldn't fix & no one ever made any efforts to remedy that during the rest of our stay.

El Servicio al cliente fue excelente. La habitación estaba limpia, las personas de limpieza fueron bien atentas y serviciales. Lugar tranquilo, y fue cerca a donde íbamos de visita .
