"Completely surrounded by a boat yard. People were outside revving engines and playing music until at least 2am in the parking lot. Breakfast barely offered anything"
"Very old rooms that are barely still functional.
It appears that a portion of the hotel is undergoing renovations, but it did not look like any of the those rooms are open yet.

"It was advertised as waterfront view. I could see the water but the interstate 95 was in the way. Also the entire area smelled like Marajuana. There were two dispensaries right next door to the hotel. Also the area seemed a little sketchy. Many people hanging out in the lobby and surrounding areas. I don’t think that they were guests but one never knows. The room was clean. Staff were extremely helpful. We just stayed one night and that’s probably as much as I would ever stay if in a pinch."
"When I checked out, I told the front desk clerk that this felt like my home away from home. I have stayed at this Hyatt in Milford many times over the past several years and while the room and all amenities have been great, the thing that I appreciate equally is the congeniality and hospitality of the staff. I highly recommend this hotel."
"Top notch! The room was comfortable, the shower hot & strong, the bistro coffee similarly excellent, and the food delicious. The room and the bistro area were both good working spaces."
