"It was horrible. Floors were nasty, all 4 beds had burn holes and 3 of the sheets were dirty out of 4 beds. All mirrors & TVs in my rooms were dirty, room 211 had a half a roll of toilet paper, no towels wash cloths or hand towels for either rooms. Room 211's door doesn't shut right, huge 2 inch gap halfway up to the top. There was gobs of hair all over the floors. Socks were black & became nasty filth brown & full of hair from front door to bathroom then to the bed! We weren't informed about a $100 deposit for each room that can only be paid with debit card. 1 of our key cards didn't work so I went downstairs to front desk & asked if they were sure the rooms were clean as floors are nasty. 1 of the 2 said oh yes. She should have come looked at our rooms before saying oh yes!! I went downstairs to get us towels from the front desk lady Maria & she gave me 1 bath towel & 1 hand towel for both rooms. We had 7 of us. She said she had no access to any towels and didn't offer any solution other than to check in the next day with housekeeping at 9am to get towels. Seriously like wth. I did so & we got 2 towels given to us and 1 bathmat for 7 people!! I felt a little bad for housekeepers as they said the hotel doesn't own enough towels for all rooms. No ice no coffee pots nor any breakfast that it advertises online. Room 210 also had nasty floors and something that had been splashed on the walls left to look gross on the wall with 1 of the beds. Waiting to hear about refunds"

"Generally, all was very good. There were some problems with the shower, including the hot water and a somewhat leaky flow in it. But it was fine."

"It looks different on the website than in person. Old pillows too. "

"Hotel is very outdated. Walls and carpets dirty, outlet covers are filthy. Shower fixtures are rusty. Pool had no towels despite multiple guests informing the staff. WiFi did not recognize last name and room number to log in. Toilet seat very loose. And to top it off, alarm in room went off at 6am (not set by us!). Will not stay at a Hilton again. Sticking to Marriots in the future. "

"The place had super kind workers but the overall building smelt like mildew. Like it did the job for my visit but I don’t wish to return. Such a bummer too bc the people were very kind. Didn’t try the pool tbh just working lol."

"Room was decent however the bathroom and tub and floor tile especially were dated and OLD. Thank goodness it was just one night - could not step into that bathtub. Fri night- highway traffic was noisy so rooms definitely could use sound proofing. Do not recommend staying. Lobby and breakfast areas were nice. "
