The receptionist accidentally re-charged me for the same booking- which when I inquired about later since it exceeded the typical hold for damages the receptionist was friendly and helpful, and immediately refunded the money. "There was plenty of parking, the worker was absolutely incredible. Our TV wouldn't allow us to change the channel so we couldn't watch TV unfortunately, and the tub didn't drain properly. The breakfast was a small selection but was good to keep our children happy and fed!"

"The grounds are beautiful. The room was lovely. We did have an issue with the thermostat and controlling the temperature. Our greatest issue was the fact that even with the resort Wi-Fi connected and the password put in, the service was so poor that the phone wouldn’t work from one second to the next which made it incredibly difficult, almost impossible, to communicate with other parties on the grounds and coordinate for the event we were attending.
