"Lovely peaceful guest house. With just 5 rooms this is like living as a local. Cooked to order quality breakfast at a sensible time of 0830 , nice little pool with decent sun loungers. Our sea facing room was superb . Other rooms are garden view. Free to use kayaks, range of bikes to explore the local area. Honesty bar and plenty of reading materials. Thoroughly recommended. "

Van ontvangst, de super nette grote kamer, het uitgebreide ontbijt met dagspecial tot de fietsen die beschikbaar werden gesteld....alles super ! "The room was fantastic. The view is breathtaking of course. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. It was super quiet aside from the roar of the ocean in the heads which we fell asleep to every night. The food is very good too. All in all a very very enjoyable stay. Thank you. "

"Unfortunately not as expected. Needs a lot of work done. Not maintained and very porely managed. Well below expectations considering the price. Staff is sitting around on the cell phones or playing games on computers during working hours in the hotel lobby. "

"The location can't be beat. The trail along the bluff makes for the best morning and evening strolls, as it overlooks the beaches below. The unit was great, clean and quiet. The bed-linen and silverware can be replaced, as it has reached the end-of-life. The Brento-on-sea location is a very peaceful location along this coastline, and the views are beyond special. "

"Vår vistelse på hotellet var utomstående. Perfekta hotellet för att kunna utforska Knysna och placerat perfekt i vackra Thesen Island. Detta är ett av de bästa hotellen vi bott på och detta har gett en bra helhetsupplevelse. Otroligt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Det var ett mysigt och trevligt ställe med nära till matställen både inom hotellet och även utanför. Tillgång till bra spa och de erbjuder även bra tvätthjälp."

"My family of four stayed in the family room. We were a little disappointed, not to have a view of the town, but it is the only room that sleeps for. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast were excellent in the morning, a great way to start the day. This is a great place to spend a couple of nights."

"Great hotel in a great location, right by the water and a short walking distance to all the restaurants at the marina. Parking right at the hotel as well. Rooms are lovely, staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were good - will be staying here again next time we are in Knysna."

Le camere sono standard, non tanto grandi; per andare a letto da una parte è molto stretto e non si può fare a meno di pestare la tenda, che è quindi piuttosto sporca. I battiscopa e il muro, soprattutto del bagno, avrebbero bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione, perché sono scrostati. Le pareti sono sottili e si sentono tutti i rumori esterni. "Beautifully appointed and magnificent views of an (almost) private beach. It’s a magical location. Be aware that access isn’t easy and it’s completely self catering, including breakfast. "
