"This was the first time visiting Microtel Inn Dorval, Quebec. We found it a bit difficult to navigate to the entrance once we exited off the TransCanada Hwy Eastbound from Ontario. It requires close attention to signs and it's helpful if you can read French. Once we arrived at the hotel/inn, we found the concierege at the desk helpful and pleasant. Our room, while not large, was comfortable, and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the room, fridge and furnishings clean and accessible. The continental breakfast was very well stocked, varied from day to day, and food was always being replenished and staff were cleaning up frequently after guests left . The pool and gym were being used by several families with young children and although our room was at the opposite end of the recreation area, noise wasn't an issue, nor was the traffic on the highway bothersome. The soundproofing was good in that hotel. Parking was free in the parking lot, and there were automatic gates allowing only access with your room card. It was obvious management were very keen on ensuring guests were comfortable and their needs meet promptly when necessary. All in all, a very good experience for only a budget rated hotel/inn. We would certainly come back in future."
