"Pros: Large, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath with giant, jetted tubs. Full kitchen, comfy couch, tons of tv channels. Nice, quiet property very close to Disney, Formosa Winery, and a lot of restaurants and souvenir shops. Loved the privacy of two separate bedrooms and the screened patio. Cute little rabbits on the paths and a nice gazebo and pool, plus a beautiful lake.
Cons: Check-in says 4pm on the site, 3pm in the confirmation message sent by the property. We arrived at 3:30pm with frozen and fresh groceries in the car, in Florida, in July. We were told our room wasn't ready. We went to the closest restaurant. At 4:45pm, we called and were told our room still wasn't ready. We asked why, were put on hold, then given a room. Not sure what happened there, but we hadn't budgeted for a restaurant that day. No apology was offered, which would have gone a long way."
