Staff were welcoming and friendly. Having access to the amenities on the entire resort is great. We loved the clubhouse pool and mini golf. Breakfast was fresh and had lots of selection. My only suggestion would be to have breakfast last a little longer as it is over at 9:30 am. Access to the coffee throughout the day would be nice. Great stay!

The property was very nice and family friendly. Breakfast was conveniently served & hot daily. Check in and out was flawless and professional.The only downfall was the bathroom showers & towels. They are dated and need replacement. Overall, our family had a great time here and if we visit Clermont we will definitely come back.

Workers were cool and laid back. Very helpful as we. The iron was annoying to use and the shower was a little weird with the faucet system but that’s me nitpicking. I had to take a little longer for checkout and the crew was understanding. No real complaints. Great price. Breakfast wasn’t bad either. Would come back!

Great place to stay with the kids. Great amenities and wonderful breakfast. The only problem we had was our a/c wasn’t working and there was no great way to fix it. Don’t was about 75 in our unit the entire time.

The staff was really nice. The room was not great. The bathroom floor was buckled, the shower was tiny, and the room was outdated. You could hear every noise from the hall and surrounding rooms. I would NOT recommend this hotel as there’s a lot of better ones around.
