"The parking was convenient as it was off season so able to utilize parking structure next door.
Restaurants in the hotel were closed which was a disappointment & not told ahead of time and discovered when attempted to eat there.
View from room was amazing, quiet easy access to falls and parks."

"The service is outstanding and the food/drinks quality is superior.
I am always very happy with the welcome reception from the concierge.
Everyone does their job so well and happily and we look forward each year to returning to Whiteoaks. The food is well prepared and the helpings are large.
We love this hotel and it’s a great weekend away from home.

"We loved the stay, view was highlight because we could sit outside on a balcony! We missed the pool and that was our only regret as we were busy. Recommended!!!"

"I personally wasn’t crazy about breakfast but they did have one and the staff were all so nice. The hot tub was nice and the pool was heated. The hotel was in a great location too. Overall, I was really pleased."
