"An overnight stay pre-flight in a lovely hotel. The staff were really warm and helpful on arrival and throughout. My room was upgraded - the bed was massive and comfortable if you like a firm mattress. The food in the bar was lovely-the crispy duck salad was delicious!! Glad I’m booked in again for the return journey!"

"The Deluxe room was delightful - large, comfy, good facilities, and fluffy robes! We were only staying a few hours as we had an early flight, and couldn't work out how to pay for parking hourly, but the gentleman on reception at the time was so helpful, and sorted everything out so we could leave at 4am with no hold up at all. The location is great for Heathrow T5."
