"The property was clean, and most staff were pleasant and professional. Nesha at check-in was especially welcoming.
Several issues affected my stay. The upstairs guest balcony was closed, leaving only a street-level space where I was repeatedly approached by people asking for money and cigarettes.
Restaurant operations were inconsistent, and I received conflicting information about opening times and room charges.
The most serious issue involved duplicate charges on my card that remain...

"Hi, real quick. The pool bar had no staff there the entire stay. The "market " had a private function and we were unable to get a coffee or a grab and go sandwich. There were no notice of either amenities being closed. We had to leave the hotel and go to the Marriott for dinner one night because EVERYTHING was closed to the public, even though we were guests for 8 days there. Next time we'll choose a better place with amenities that actually are for all the guests of the hotel"

"Had a modern vibe. Very clean, very helpful staff. Wonderful view of downtown. The only issue we thought was the bathroom. The pocket door to the wet room didn't close all the way and looked to be intentional. Also the layout of the shower door made it that you had to reach in to turn the shower on and therefore couldn't turn it on without getting wet somehow. And the towel rack was behind the shower door so you had to step out to get your towel, or leave it on the floor. Minor things but seems...

"I booked through Expedia with no problems, and the check-in staff was great! The food at the bistro was sub-par I do not recommend. The bad part was, as a woman traveling alone someone knocked on my door early on check out day and then got the keys out to open my door I quickly tried to open it and they walked away. I cannot recommend for safety reasons."
