"This was such a cute place to stay! Even though there’s no front desk, two staff members were there to greet and assist us when we arrived. The air conditioning in our original room wasn’t working, and while it took a few steps and about a 15-minute call to get it sorted, they were able to move us to a new room. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. There’s also a beautiful restaurant right at the entrance—it looked amazing, though we didn’t have time to try it. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation."

"The staff was very friendly and accomidating, the hotel was nice even though they were remodeling. I wish the hot tub was working so i could relax after driving six hours to get there and the mattress in iur room could have been softer so i wouldnt wake up each morning with a sore back. There was a few other hicupps we encountered but as always iur stay was great and we diffinitely will stay there again in the future."

"Arrived at the property and there was a system outage. Multiple guests had to wait to be checked in. Khalifah, the desk agent, handled the situation like a pro. He remained calm, explained the situation to every guest that arrived, and offered everyone a beverage and snacks. Even when some guests who were already in the hotel were being rude, he stayed professional. He even went door to door to try to determine which rooms could be used. Blessings to this young man. True customer service excellence! "
