"The room floors and shower were extremely clean except for the shower vent. It look like someone took great efforts to upgrade the rooms to make them somewhat appealing with hand painting on the walls and clouds on the ceiling. Staff was pleasant. Parking easy. "The room was very dark, the bathroom door was broken and table. The patio had the AC from the room leaking all over so it was wet out there to enjoy.. the tub was dirty. The staff was very friendly, but I’d never stay there again. The table we’d eat at had little strange bugs all over it. I didn’t notice until the next morning before we left. We didn’t eat at it.

"This hotel always have bugs in it. My children and I were bitten by bugs this time and every time that we stay there. Also, the air conditioner doesn't cool the room and we're always so hot. The positioning of the air conditioner is so wrong. It doesn't cool the rooms down at all instead it blows underneath the bed and not the entire room. "Our room was clean and spacious. We traveled with 4 other families and no one had complaints about their rooms. The front desk staff and pool/beach staff were very accommodating and friendly.
We had a nice stay, but the amenities are not big enough to serve a full hotel. We were there during spring break and pool chairs were at a premium. I didn’t sit in a lounger the entire week at either pool bc if you didn’t save them at 10am you were out of luck. I don’t know that they have a way to solve...
