"From the minute we got there we were given wrong information and greeted by unfriendly staff. We were double charged at the pool. No one was helpful to fix any issues that arose. We booked a birthday dinner about 4 weeks prior at Chop, Block &Brewery. Although our waitress was nice, the manager was not. He was rude and unfriendly from booking and again at dinner. He made it a point to make us feel like we were taking up “too many tables because it was waiver Wednesday” I told him we were guests of the hotel and celebrating 2 birthdays, he could care less. A lot of us work in hospitality industry and would never treat others the way we were treated. It was like no one liked their job and boy did it show. I will never return. There are plenty of other stay cations or Vegas. Traveling with a child with special needs too and they were not just unfriendly but not accommodating at all."

"This place is a great hotel to stay at. The staff is amazing. Usually you have one good staff member throughout your stay, but with this place every member I met was amazing and wanted to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. If you’re on the fence go with these folks this place rocks"

"It was okay they staff was helpful and very polite the room was clean but had to switch rooms three times because the TV didn't work and also the breakfast wasn't that great other than that if you just want to spend the night and then get up and hit the road it was fine but if you'd like to have a vacation then you need to find a hotel that serves a bigger breakfast and one that can accommodate more needs such as laundry and Sundries"

"The room was extremely small with only 1 window, which was on the front door. I do not recommend the Basic Studio Suite. The room was clean but the furniture is sparse and could use updating. Amenities for the kitchen were minimal."

"This property is a classic! It may be a little long in the tooth, but that’s part of the charm. My wife and I spend the night here once a year to celebrate an anniversary. We stay in the penthouse suite. Our favorite suite is the Pat Boone suite. We absolutely love it there! And the food is excellent!"
