Cari Motel di West Plains

"If your room is on the second floor, no elevator although staff did help me carry luggage. The refrigerator was loud, but it worked!"

"We had a mouse in our room and the tv remote batteries were dead. Bed was comfortable but needed more pillows. Was fairly decent for the low rate."

"Reservation made thru Expedia but the hotel couldn't log in to their Expedia backend tool to pull details. Reps were friendly and attempted to help but not able to get the reservation details. Paid for the room direct with the hotel. Room seems to have been updated recently, very comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. AC works well. Drawback is that not all of the hotel has been updated. The carpet on the stairs is quite dirty and impacted. Desperately needs a deep clean or to be replaced."

"Property was under construction/renovation. Was unable to stay! Rooms were not ready for occupancy! Had to go to another motel up the road."

"This place is horrible it’s not kept up nor updated. The carpets are nasty. The bed spread was stained horribly and the tub/shower didn’t drain so you stood in your water. It falsely advertised clean rooms. We stayed the first night of our two nights because we had driven 14 hrs all night so we were exhausted then we found out they’re the only place to stay in Salem Arkansas. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy."

"Not sure if it was just my cabin but it needs some updates for sure! There is 2 window units and one on the wall in the bedroom and the ac never got below 73 for as small of a place as it was and they had mold inside of them. The electricity and lights were constantly flickering. The shower was cracked up and had duck tape in it. There was stuff scribbled on the ceiling. Overall not the best stay. And when I called the property owner about my complaints he made a comment about how I just stayed...
