"Front desk personnel were great. I even witnessed the manager expertly, politely, and professionally deal with a rude, upset guest. The hotel was clean and staff was nice. The only down side was that a guest in the room above me was very loud. I asked the desk to ask them to keep it down. He either didn't speak to tue guest or the guest (which is most likely) just ignored him. Otherwise a nice stay."

The worst clerk was during breakfast. As I sat and people watched, I overheard 2 different phone calls come there where it was mentioned that yes they could have a late check out, until noon. "There were several maintenance issues when we stayed there 3/26/2026. The next morning, there was nothing to drink at breakfast and no yogurt--only some fried potatoes and scrambled eggs in addition to standard continental offerings (without milk). They were short-handed on staff, too, although the one we saw did the best he could. "

"The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The hotel welcomed my dog for no additional fee. It was pretty quiet so she wasn't too on edge which helped. There's not a fenced area for them to run free a bit which would be a nice addition but not a deal breaker. No breakfast but right next door to McD's. My only complaint was there was a VERY strong marijuana smell in the hallway which was fun to explain to my kids. It could still be smelled in our room but only slightly. We'd still stay...
