"Perfect family destination with a ton of activities to do on the property. The amenities were in great shape. We loved the large pool, waterslides, and lazy river and appreciated that they weren't too deep for our 6 year old. We also took in pickleball, the nature trail, evening bonfires with s'mores and meals at JB's. This place is a gem and super close to Sea World. It was also an easy commute to downtown San Antonio to enjoy the Riverwalk and the Alamo. "

"Just had to stay one night for work. The room was spacious, clean and reasonable. The check in lady was pleasant and quick as was the gentleman who checked us out. And breakfast was good as well. "

"The room was okay however, I found debris in the corner next to the bed. (there was a Cheetos curl on the floor) Some of the front desk staffers were nice. The one staffer was very ill and checked us in not wearing a mask which she should have been wearing while her nose was runny, she was coughing and her voice was corse. Breakfast was pathetic, would have been better going to a McDonalds or Ihop. Example, I asked for a cup of Decaf coffee and was given an 8oz cup with a single shot of espresso in it. I asked the girl behind the counter "what is this" and she told me it's what I ordered, a Decaf coffee. She obviously didn't know the difference between Decaf and Espresso, then she offered to fill the rest of that coffee cup with milk. My sister and I stood there scratching our heads!!! So I would be paying for a cup of warm milk with a splash of espresso when all I wanted was a cup of decaf coffee. If they offer complimentary Reg coffee, why not also offer complementary Decaf? Parking was awesome. Very safe parking lot, lots of lights around. "

"Paint missing off wall, when walking up hallway, trash was out in hallway, even chicken bones in middle of hallway. Experienced an issue with shower, their cleaning made the surface very slick like it been oiled. Slipped and fell in shower. Gave 24 hour notice I would be checking out due to personal issue. Was told I would loose one night stay. I told them issue was due to I fell in shower and hurt shoulder. I have called to get appointment back home. Still told no credit and will be charged as if I stayed. Contacted customer service at Expedia the same day I informed desk would be checking out a day early. They were no help. Representative stated he called hotel and they would not give credit since reservation had started. They were completely booked. Felt like when I checked out That morning, they probably cleaned and rented that night. Breakfast was precooked sausage left in a crock pot. Trash in hallway. Someone had thrown chicken bones in the hallway that was there midday when I was there to get something in room and later that night returned and still there. Location was great for going to graduation at Airforce Base. "
