"The elevator was not functioning correctly. Everytime you wanted to get on it from the lobby you had to get a staff member to assist you. It would only go up to the third floor in a four story building. About midnight, it sounded like someone's kids were running rampant in the room above us. After about 30 minutes of this nonstop I called the front desk to complain. They informed me it was not guests in the room above us but staff members moving bedding in carts up the stairs from the third to fourth floor because of the elevator issue (I guess this just had to be done at midnight instead of during the day when guests weren'ttrying to sleep). They assured me they were amost finished-it continued another 90 minutes. Also, there were only two luggage carts for a large hotel. Neither was available when we went to check out (we checked out early because we had somewhere to be at 0730). We waited half an hour for one to appear (we had a heavy piece of equipment we needed to move) but one never showed. Our guess is people took them to their room the night before so they'd have one when they went to check out since there were only two."
