"The resort was beautiful. Room was very clean and very comfortable. Pool was a lot of fun for the kids. Only 20 min from most of the major attractions in San Antonio. Seaworld was only 5 minutes away."

"The smart TVs did not work. The staff said they were waiting on the internet to be transferred or something. Did not offer a discount or anything to rectify the issue. Also, there was water on the floor one morning when we woke up. I assume it was because of a leak in the ceiling (clear water marks that had been poorly patched). The room was always damp."
