"Our stay was terrible. On the first day we couldn’t get into our room due to the door being messed up and it took staff 30 min to put us in a new room. Also the first two nights our room was not cleaned and we expressed this to front desk, however our rooms remained uncleaned for the entirety of our 4 day stay. I contacted the number provided to us and they disregarded my complaint and said they were busy and would call me later. I never received a call. They say was a 1/10, do not stay here."
