Good location within walking distance of the Munchen Laim train station - me, my wife, and four kids walked with our backpacks and carry-ons to and from the Laim train station."
"Very easy to check in. Room had no internal deadbolt for security. Workers were very loud next door in the courtyard. Adjacent room had teenagers slamming doors. Room was on 2nd floor and lift worked properly. Close to public transportation but far from city center. Grocery just around the corner. Shower had mold and room was only superficially cleaned. "We spent 4 nights in Munich. We couldn't fault the hotel it was very comfortable and the rooms were very quiet. Excellent breakfast.
The area outside the hotel is rather seedy but handy to be near the main station to travel to other parts of the city
We didn't eat locally and mostly went of an evening to the Marienplatz area.
