"property located in a quiet residential area located at 20 minutes walk from town centre .property is a bid dated and could do with a bit more cleaning .no much water coming for the shower ,bed and sofa bed very uncomfortable and we had a cockroach visiting while we were there .we found a trap under the sink in toilet therefore business must be aware of issue. not many choices for a family room in the area especially at last minute but we won’t return in this hotel "

"Tired rooms with a musty smell to them. It was cheap for the area and that is reflected in the condition of the room. If you are looking for a place to crash and dont intend to stay in the room long, it is tolerable. The staff were friendly and accomodating."

"Not brilliant really I'm afraid to say. Welcome was nice enough and the guy on duty was really happy to move his car so I could park my van in the parking area. He was very kind in this respect. However the room (no 2) was quite shabby. At first glance it looked ok but look closer and it definitely needs modernisation and at the very least a deep clean and paint job. "Absolutely spotless apartment. Couldn’t fault it at all. My only quibble was that it’s not clear how you access the property until 1 hour before check in. It states you will be contacted 24 hours before your stay but it’s not the case. It’s also a very late check in - which was made clear. Would just be nice if it was a little earlier. Overall highly recommend and would 100% stay there again. "

"Very disappointing. We had just flown in from Australia so a very long trip. I booked a room for myself and TWO children one boy 15 and one girl 8. We arrived to find one double bed. I was sure our room was meant to have a pull out sofa so i had to borrow a blow up bed from a friend which took up a.lot of the space in the room. Waffer thin pillows and not the best mattress.
