"I arrived earlier than check-in time around 3:20pm and was told that they would call me once my room is ready. I was asked to give my number and that I would be called when my room is ready. We remained in the lobby right in front of the desk for almost 1 hour and 30 minutes, and I didn’t receive any calls or messages. It was already 4:45pm when I saw all of the cleaning ladies beginning to leave the hotel. That was when I went up to ask the front desk if my room was ready or what was going on...

"Very dated. Going through renovations right now, which is a good thing and I can't fault them for that. A travel companion had a bug in her pillow and stains on the actual pillow (under the case). I found hairs everywhere; in the sink, one large one on the middle of the sheet in the bed, on the bathtub. It didn't feel very clean. For a Hilton, we were very disappointed. Would not stay again,"
