We were only there for a short time as we got in super late. Front staff both days were amazing. Breakfast area was a bit crowded and had to wait for a table. My daughter loved the pool and waterslide. We would book again

The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was clean and well kept. The biggest perk for me was the dog park. My dog was in heaven. Lots of green space with different exercise equipment to keep the dog entertained. The continental breakfast was good. Lots of variety and also a restaurant on site. Close to lots of shopping including not far from West Edmonton Mall if you like that sort of thing. We will stay again for sure. 5 STARS

The shower did not work in the room and tub faucet was constantly dripping. Let the staff know on checkout. Bed was good and hotel was quiet and got good rest. Did not partake with the breakfast, as had to run out door and it did not have hot breakfast sandwiches.

The rooms could be more clean. The ceilings has stuff on them a the bathroom a counters a baseboards could really use a good cleaning. The pool was very fun for my children. The breakfast room was too small for many people. The over flow room had dirty tables. The coffee was good. Not enough room in the breakfast room. Bed was very comfy. Elevator works great. Staff is kind. Hotel could use some Renovation.
