"Nice selection of breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very convenient location."

"Thin walls. Rowdy guests slamming doors and partying in the pool until 1am. Our room had exposed outlets and a toilet that rocked back and forth when you sat down. The room was good sized and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't get breakfast as there was not a seat open. Husband noted that the gym had a couple of machines that were not working. We will skip this one next time."

"My friend and I were excited to spend a girls’ weekend here while visiting from Austin. We arrived around 1:30 PM on Friday and asked if early check-in was available, understanding that check-in officially begins at 3:00 PM. The front desk attendant was not very friendly and simply told us there was nothing that could be done. "We were traveling across states to get here, and we’re getting here pretty late. Staff did an excellent job of having everything ready for when we arrived check in was smooth and were able to rest right away. Location is great and breakfast and ammenties are great for families"

"Check-in was perfect with a staff that was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with a lot of options for adults and children. Pool area was lovely and our granddaughter enjoyed it very much. Very nice place to stay and we will definitely be back!"

"Pillows were musky, old phones with outdated charging options. Room was not maintained and had broken accessories. Floors, baseboards, legs of chairs, basically anything not surface level was extremely dusty. Bathrooms were visibly not scrubbed sadly had stained surfaces and towels."

"Th elevator was broken and I needed to lug my suitcase up to the third floor. They offered to cancel my reservation “at no cost”. I had just finished driving 10 hours and was not going to search for another place to stay. The pool was broken and the place was pretty run down. Relatively clean given the state of the hotel."
