Shower door had stripping loose, safe did not work at all, bathroom main door would not stay closed so it let sunlight it a daybreak. The hotel staff was unable to find my Bonvoy account until the next day when I showed it to them. People were very kind, just not up to what we would expect"

"It is a nice property. There was a small issue with the AC. It was very noisy and cooled the room very fast. That means that it was working loudly for a short time, turned off and started again and again. In addition, the room had a huge fridge that was also noisy. The breakfast area is very nice and the food was ok."

"Hotel was a little hard to find as it sits behind a Spark Hilton. There is a strip center and a Rudy’s barbecue on the frontage within walking distance from the hotel. Easy access to on and off the freeway good location from the big Texas steakhouse and the Cadillac Ranch."

"The apt is great. Very cute and immaculately clean. Quiet despite being on the frontage road. Our stay would’ve been perfect but the WiFi was not working and we couldn’t find the modem/router. So no wifi meant no tv since it’s streaming. We wanted to get home to use the wifi since cell service in town was bad, but no luck. One of the bathroom sinks was clogged so we had to be using the kitchen sink. Parking is limited (and tight) to one spot since it’s 6 units together in the building."

"This is how it's done!! Check in was a breeze staff was so friendly even with a line at check in. Sheryl was absolutely wonderful and they are lucky to have her. She made our experience delightful and stress free which is what a trip is all about. We will definitely revisit !!!"

"This was a HORRIBLE experience. The first room they gave us, there was a man inside and the staff had no idea who he was! Then they moved us to a room where the TV didn't work, the towel rack was ripped off the wall. The staff acted annoyed most of the time, the pillows were flatter than a pancake. Pool was nasty, hot tub broken and filled with nasty water. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!"

"There are straight up lies in the description of rooms on Expedia. The only reason I reserved my standard Queen room was because the description clearly stated (and pictures clearly showed) a sleeper couch in the room. When I arrived at the hotel after a long day, I went to the room and found that there was no couch at all. When I asked the front desk about this I was informed that the standard room never has a sleeper couch, and that they have no control over what Expedia says about their...

"We stayed here twice in a week, the first time the room was flawless and everything looked brand new and clean but unfortunately the second time the King Suite was a bit dirty and outdated, the tub had old stains and there was hair in the tub. I do have to point out that on both separate stays The beds were buckled out and uncomfortable. Now a huge plus for this property is the EV plugs for us to charge our Tesla, it made a huge difference on our trip the next day."
