"First thing I noticed was the toilet seat was dirty as if it was not cleaned off at all. I always travel with sanitizing wipes and cleaned it off. The 4 pillows on my bed were soft, worned, and had an odor. They gave me different pillows and it was much better. Besides that, the bed was comfy and everything else was working. You can hear guests talking loud and slamming their doors."

This hotel should have NEVER been put online as having rooms available for rent. This place is under construction, rooms are filled with mold, you can smell the mold and the moisture in the rooms. "Overall, the hotel was clean including the lobby and main areas. Staff were friendly at check-in and coming and going as well. The keurig in the room is a nice touch, especially if you don’t want to get right up in the morning to enjoy the free coffee.

"Last Saturday, while traveling, we booked a room at Quality Inn through Expedia. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to check in due to unforeseen reasons that occur 15 minutes after we booked our reservation therefore we didn’t check in and still got charged for the stay.

"I noticed some places in the hall and especially the area where you go from the hotel to the walkway of the street on the second floor where there’s water damage. My concern is that the damage did not look fresh. It looked like something that’s been an issue for a while where there’s water damage. There is mold.
Other than that, everyone was so wonderfully nice and helpful. One of the guys out front though at the valet needs to leave the energy drinks alone; he was a bit aggressive.
