"Great location and property. There’s construction happening across the street so a few mornings we woke up to banging. Also, my card was charged a couple times for incidental holds. I told the manager and they stopped them immediately, however still unsure why multiple holds at different rates. Overall we would stay again."

"Bespoke is a unique option - a cross between a small hotel and lovely, private cottage at the quiet, walkable edge of the Scottsdale art district. The shaded courtyard was a soothing spot to have a morning coffee and watch the doves and hummingbirds come to drink at the fountain. Fresh flowers and supplies for a pour-over hot drink gave a cozy feel to the interior."

"The staff was extremely helpful, especially at check in, offering directions to local activities and restaurants. The pool and deck area was clean and provided fresh towels daily. The breakfast area was clean as well and offered typical breakfast foods."

"WOW!!! Definitely a unique gem! This property was clean inside and out ! The grounds were very peaceful during morning coffee and a walk . Perfect for couples or a family, very kid friendly. The sounding area was very quiet, and just a short drive to Old Town. We would definitely stay here again !"

"Clean room and great breakfast"

"I don’t often write hotel reviews but though we only stayed one night, the Home 2 Suites by Hilton Old Scottsdale is worth it. We had an excellent experience. The room was incredibly spacious with two queen beds, a pull out couch and almost a full kitchen - large fridge, dishwasher, microwave and kitchen supplies. The hotel was very clean. And the breakfast was great - eggs, sausage, waffles, potato pancakes and more. I would highly recommend it."

"The hotel is very new and clean but the water pressure is extremely low. As well as, the pool water temperature was very cold unswimabl. Staff in general good but lacking hospitality experience and professionalism overall."

"Love the atmosphere. It was very quiet and relaxing which fit our trip vibe. The staff was kind and helpful. However, one area for improvement could be the accessibility for guests to the surrounding walkable areas. The wall surrounding the resort made it tricky to determine the best access points to walk to the sights and local shops."
