I stayed in what they call a “deluxe room”, but the walls were nasty, the baseboards had gunk all over them, the bathroom door had a hole in it like somebody punched it, paint was chipping on the walls, the glass plate inside the microwave didn’t even fit properly, and the closet light didn’t work. I was only staying for the night so I dealt with it. Upon arriving they charged me a $100 security deposit, said it was refundable and that I would get my money back within 3-7 business days after check out. It’s been well over 7 business days and I have yet to get my money back!!!! TOTAL SCAM!!!"

"The room was well-equipped and clean. The public part of the property was welcoming. My check-in was flawless. When I checked out at about 10 am, no one was at the desk. No one knew where they were. Fortunately, a woman who looked like she might work in the kitchen was able to handle the computer program well enough to check me out."
