We requested a first-floor room so we could easily go in and out with our dog and they made that happen. "We had two issues. First, the HVAC unit ran continuously on a cooling setting. The controls did not work so we were chilly the whole time. Turns out there was a wall thermostat that overrode the controls on the unit Second, the hotel description listed a buffet breakfast at a fixed price beginning at 6. We got up and went there only to find that the time had been changed to 7. When we returned at 7, there was no buffet. The menu was ala carte and if you added in the usual items from a buffet, like juices, coffee and tea, yogurts or fruits, the cost was much higher than the advertised buffet."
