"The instructions for the shuttle do. It include looking for a shuttle that says “Hyatt Place” on the marquee front. I spent 1.5 hours waiting for a shuttle and after several phone calls, was told that the shuttle I needed to look for was blue and said “Hyatt place in the marquee”! "There were roaches also I booked reservations they kept telling me they couldn’t see it only one that was canceled and that maybe Expedia gon send me a cancellation because they were already booked for the double bed room that I requested… I had to be cramped up in a I bed room with my 4 children I only took it because we’ve been driving and I need rest …. We also had 1 face towel and when I ask for another sheet or blanket they stated they were out"

"Rooms were very clean and comfortable, thankfully the staff saved some of my items that were left behind and kept them at front desk for my pick up."
