"The staff were very friendly and made the check-in process go smoothly. The only problem we had was the temperature of the water in the shower. One moment it would be very hot and within seconds it would go tepid to ice cold without touching the nozzle. The first day I thought it was potentially because of the time of morning I took a shower (busier time due to check-out) but the second morning I took a shower a couple of hours earlier than the previous morning and it was the same thing. "The bathroom floor had water on it when I arrived. The shower curtain had mold. When I arrived there was a guest outside smoking marijuana and the halls and elevator smelled like it as well. The WiFi didn’t work either. Overall it was not a good experience "

"I did not even get parked before an employee walked out and told me I could not Park in a reserved parking spot. Even though it was not marked as reserved I was told I couldn't park there. Then I get inside and they tell me I do not have a reservation and I was unable to stay there"

"Room was very dirty and when we showed pictures to the front desk agent, they seemed very unconcern and offered merely to move us to a different room, which I'm sure would not have been much cleaner. We really wanted a discount or an extra night added to our stay. Whole time we were treated with a very dismissive attitude as though we were in a budget hotel, and couldn't expect more than pubic hairs on the toilet, dirty Q-tips on the floor, a broken hair dryer, broken clothes hangers, half empty...

"The breakfast had roaches. I got the room for a friend from out of town. My friend was letting her grandchildren, also guest, take something food from breakfast back to the room. The man at the front desk said they couldn’t do that and if they took food back to the room he would call the police. Wow!"

"The worst stay i have EVER had! It was so gross. The toilet seat was worn away and rough to the touch. The walls had stains and finger prints all over. My sheets were stained and i itched all night. The floor was sticky. The smoke alarm battery beep went off in the night and there was no on on site to help. The desk person was rude. There was 1 bar of soap for hands and showering. My lamp didnt work. The room stank and the window didnt open. There was no hvac working and no blanket on the bed ...
