"Room was in very poor condition. As soon as we entered, roaches scattered and we saw them both nights of the stay. Bathtub was dirty and we went and purchased shower shoes to step in and shower. Property had a terrible smell in the hallways and from what we saw, there was no sort of room service that changed towels or sheets. Will never recommend anyone to stay at this establishment. It seemed like it was a drug house more than a motel "

"The hotel itself was fairly nice overall. The property was very clean, and the rooms were immaculate and well designed. My favorite feature was definitely the kitchenette setup with the microwave and full-size refrigerator, which made the stay much more comfortable for families. The staff was kind and helpful throughout the stay. While customer service was good, I do think a little more enthusiasm and warmth from the team would have elevated the experience. One downside was the TV setup. There were no direct Netflix or Prime Video options through the remote, although you could cast to the television, which was helpful. The biggest issue, however, was the pool. We specifically chose this hotel because it had a pool for our kids, only to arrive and find out that it was broken and inaccessible for the entire weekend. Unfortunately, the pool is one of the hotel’s primary amenities, so this was extremely disappointing and significantly impacted our stay, especially since the kids ended up spending most of the trip confined to the room. I understand that unexpected maintenance issues happen, but when a major amenity is unavailable for an entire stay, I do believe the hotel should consider offering guests some form of credit or accommodation adjustment. That would go a long way toward customer satisfaction and fairness. Overall, the hotel has a lot of positives, especially the cleanliness and room setup, but the pool situation definitely affected the overall experience."
