"The hotel was immaculate, the breakfast was excellent and, when we checked in, (we did reserve a room, but it was late evening), we got to choose the floor we wanted to be on and the location of the room even though they had 10 rooms available. "First of all I want to start with the positives because there were some. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were well equipped, spacious and clean. Unfortunately that is all the positives. First issue was the staff there were very unhelpful and did not abide by their own rules. The first thing you see, and plastered all over the hotel, are signs stating this is a smoke free hotel. Other than that everything else was great. Probably wouldn't stay there again if I'm traveling with my kids because they like to swim, but if its just me or me and my wife I might, the price for 2 nights was not bad."
