"Hi, we recently stayed here while visiting UMass Amherst for parents weekend. I booked very late, so I couldn't find anything in Amherst. However, found The Wilbraham online and they had 1 room left. It was 30 minutes from campus, very clean and the owner super friendly! BJL"

"Showed up and had to ring a bell at the office. Lady buzzed me in. I had two rooms reserved, and she said she only had one in her system. Had to pay full price for second room even though I had proof of booking. Room was disgusting. Smoke smell was unbearable. Door missing from microwave. TV crooked and wires everywhere. "It was the sweetest
Place ever. It was compact yet cute and efficient. Great shower and plenty of hot water. It was easy to check in and clean. There were all the amenities that we needed. The owner was very nice and even started a fire in the cute fire pit. We enjoyed the scenery and the pretty lake setting. Than-you for a pleasant experience in Mass.

"This review is for the hotel. I stayed two nights (September 18 and September 19). Room #2. I am wondering if the sheets and the comforter were laundered before my arrival. The body smell from them was unbearable. Also all lights (the floor lamp and two lamps on the night stands) did not work. I know this is an inexpensive hotel (actually, not that inexpensive after all) but these things are absolutely necessary at any place where people stay."
