"Check-in was perfect with a staff that was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with a lot of options for adults and children. Pool area was lovely and our granddaughter enjoyed it very much. Very nice place to stay and we will definitely be back!"

"The lobby looked great, once you walked to the hallways where the rooms are located there was bags and bags of trash lined up in front of the room doors. Front desk staff not very friendly, seemed to be bothered by checking people in. The maintance staff tried helping but did not have the same access as front desk staff to provide information/receipts. Carpets in halls look like they are never vaccumed as well as the elevator. Elevator walls look like they are never wiped down. No parking...

"This particular Comfort Inn was not as nice as the typical Comfort suites that we have stayed in. Staff was not friendly or helpful. Guest water in the lobby was room temperature, no ice. Of the two people manning the front desk, in the morning, neither would take my return keys. Wouldn’t stay there again!"

We have chosen this location due to the no pets policy it has had, however that has changed. We have nothing against pets, however my spouse is very allergic to the dander. It is one thing to allow service animals, but I personally saw 6 dogs during our 2 day stay and only 1 had on a service vest. The front desk hostess, Melissa, exhibited extreme professionalism under duress by responding to the needs of the guests in the dining area and at the front desk. All the while maintaining a positive caring attitude. Definitely a person who needs a promotion."
