"The room was clean and meet our expectations, however, I didn’t like the bathroom that doesn’t have locks, anyone can just walk in and it won’t be good for someone who shower. We did not like the smells of the elevators, it smells and not very clean. The hallway was not the best either, carpet hallway should be clean and smells good. "Be prepared for a tiny room! This hotel only offers a king size bed option and the bed is tucked into a niche where it is touching 3 walls. You can only access the bed from the one long exposed side. There is no coffee maker in the room but coffee is served in the lobby. Location of the hotel is great, many attractions are within walking distance. All staff members were enthusiastic, friendly and very helpful. Nice bar in lobby too!"

"The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Angel at the front desk who accommodated our early check in. Took advantage of the complimentary wine hour. We used the valet service and requested the EV charger. Unfortunately the car didn't get much charge overnight so it would be really nice if the hotel upgraded their chargers. Everything was really lovely."

"Great location , very close by to all the popular spots. The property was clean and just as described. It had all the amenities needed for a family. The property was pet friendly and had a small fenced backyard for our pets to hang out. "

"Having a little store inside the lobby was nice when we didn’t have a car and there aren’t many places within walking distance. There are microwave meals and drinks along with candy. We forgot an item and it was saved for us on our return trip. The staff was friendly. The problem was with the noise from a club down the street and the patrons that started street racing and doing donuts on the corner at 1am, but that isn’t the motel’s fault."

"This is a fantastic hotel central to everything & fabulous views out over the harbour. Room 802 was a top corner room with dual aspect. Spacious & comfortable with the best view I have had from any hotel around the World! The staff are super friendly & helpful! Highly commend to travellers to Seattle & great for Pike St Market..."

"The location was fantastic to our port. We were able to walk to Pikes Market as well as the cruise ship on the day of departure. Above all the staff was very kind, guest oriented and made all the accommodations needed for my family. We felt safe and would definitely recommend. Reasonable from a price point and located near several restaurants."
