"The suite I had was very clean. Loved the walk in shower. 2 televisions one In bedroom one in living room area. Sofa pulled out for bed . Bed was super comfortable. Pretty good breakfast. Served just about everything you'd want for breakfast. I recommend this hotel."

"Ideal location for the onsite conference. Quiet room away from the pool/waterslide and conference rooms. Handy onsite restaurant for breakfast, etc."

"The breakfast was a mess, there were no knives, plates, bread, butter. Fruit owl was empty. When she finally came to refill these it was so slow, I actually used a fork to spread jam on my toast. Otherwise the hotel was satisfactory."

She always greeted with a good morning, advised what breakfast is on that day, asked how our stay is going & answered questions all in a upbeat polite manner. She is super friendly & personable. Food was great. Check in & check out staff were also personable & friendly! Room was clean, cleaning staff also great to deal with. A ton of available parking. We would definitely stay there again & recommend to family & friends."

"I put $100 deposit and i called today for the third time and they said its been processed from their and .But i didn’t get it back on my visa , and its since long weekend easter in April .First and last time I stayed here ."

"My bill vs what I was expecting from their emails was way off. #1 bad exchange rate, CAD to US. #2 Invoice did NOT match my credit card statement. We will be avoiding Sheraton hotels in our future travels for this reason. The actual hotel was great for our cousin reunion."

"Had the hot tub room, it was good. Fascilities were clean. The lady who worked the desk was friendly to me, but when my girlfriend went to ask a question, she was not so friendly to her."

"The hotel is very well kept a spotless . Lots for kids todo on site . We had the pleasure of having Terry as our severer at sessions for supper. The food was great and reasonably price . Terry was awsome, he made our kids feel like real VIPs . They said it was their favourite memory leaving. It was aswome to see someone truly enjoy the there job , an to well above a beyond whats expected as normal. All an all great place for family travel !"

"Always find this is an excellent hotel to stay at. Unfortunately did not quite meet that standard this time. We had a room that looked out to the restaurant this time. It was quiet by about 11pm but you could hear music playing at 6am the next morning while the staff prepared the breakfast room. I went looking for an ice machine and finally had to ask at the desk. They are available at every odd floor starting at the 5th floor. After checking a few floors I found the only one that was working...
