"Overall the hotel is a steal for all they have to office at their price point. We usually travel abroad and stay in all inclusive so it was nice to have multiple options to dine at under one roof. The food at the poolside restaurant was great and so was the sports bar inside. "Room was clean on arrival but was entirely missed on cleaning day. We were tired and ready to shower then sleep. When we arrived, no one had even entered our room for cleaning, even though we were explicitly advised by housekeeping they would be visiting our unit. When we brought it up to the lobbies attention(because we needed dry towels and toilet paper) the lobby rep said “I’ll make a note of it” …….. No other solution was offered.
