"The hotel was easy to find. The staff were friendly and helpful in finding a location for dinner. Breakfast was really good with a variety of items from hot waffles to cold cereal to a sausage croissant. The room was pleasant, clean. The only thing was the heating/cooling system. The equipment put out a nasty odor, probably since the heating had not been used all summer. We would definitely return to Best Western SureStay in Walla Walla. Thanks much."

"Very patient with customer service at checking in. The pool could've been a little warmer n hot tub was not working other then that the location was very easy assecible to downtown...could have had extra set of towels for 2 people each since no room service unless requested..but our stay was very good and quiet...thank you.."

"I love this place. This was our 2nd time staying here. We stayed here when we spent our day at Wildhorse. I can't say enough about how great this place. There is plenty of parking. The rooms have everything that you need. The breakfast selection is OK. We usually go to restaurant across the street for breakfast. It is a fantastic price. The owners keep it clean and inviting. The way the rooms are set up makes it feel quaint and simple. We will stay here everytime we go to Pendleton. The owner is very nice too."

"We loved our stay here! Our room was very cute and comfy, modern but also timeless decor. Staff were very helpful and friendly, easy parking available, walkable to downtown and super convenient. We received credit to use at their restaurant with our stay and had breakfast in the morning and it was spectacular! We loved our time and hope to stay again."

"This hotel is Amazing. My only negative was that I got there to check in after 11pm so the lobby was closed, They provided a number to call for late check-in but I felt really bad having to wake someone up and get them out of bed to check us in after 11pm. As a traveling musician I often can’t get to a place until after closing time, so it’s a bonus if there’s an actual late check-in process without having to tear somebody away from their sleep time to take care of us. But I understand, it’s probably not practical to keep someone there working all night for a few oddballs like me. Other than that, the hotel was amazing, I only wish I’d have had more time to experience all the amenities. I’ll definitely be back!"
