"We checked in after midnight.. the fridge was leaking. The toilet wasn’t working.. and the water was green. The ac unit had mold all over it. We checked out as soon as we work up."

"The room was clean along with every area we visited. The food and drinks were very good and the two pool options was combined for our family. Plenty of chairs on the beach with beach toys and a full bar. Would definitely recommend. The hotel was also in walking distance to many restaurants and shops or a short uber to a nice shopping strip. "

"All was very well. It was a very nice hotel, very clean, updated and nice large rooms. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't get a small bite to eat at 5:40 in the morning before a surgical procedure..."No, it opens at 6:00!"... You could smell that everything was ready to go? "The place is nice. The pool area is nice. We felt like it nickled and dimed you for everything. If you wanted a pool lounge chair closest to fence to be able to look out while by the pool, you had to pay to rent it. These should have bee included. There were lounge chairs in front of the resort, on the beach, that also had to be rented. The place next door provided those for their guest. With my family of 4, we would have paid $ 60a day to sit by the beach or at the pool looking out at the beach. The cost of the hotel is not worth the price for what you get. The drinks were ridiculously expensive at the hotel bar and pool bar, 2 drinks $40. "
