"Did not have listed amenities and staff laughed at me when I asked for directions to them. Non-smoking room wreaked of cigarettes and floor board was torn up. Do not stay if you value yourself as a human being because you will not be treated like one."

"Bathroom Could’ve Been Way Cleaner & Better, No Blinds In My Room So The Outside Light Just Came Through All Night With That Thin Ass Curtain. Breakfast Was Cool, Plenty Of Parking, Party Was Happening Right In The Next Room So My Kids Couldn’t Sleep. The Doors & Walls Are Thin AF So You Hear Everything & At One Point I Thought Somebody Was Trying Come Into Our Room But They Were Just Going Into Their Room. Overall Will Not Stay Again."

"The hotel was completely run down and the rooms were in poor condition. The rooms looked under construction and the bathroom walls were filled with mold. The bathtubs were all peeled, unacceptable. For it to also be a non smoking room it reeked of smoke. I politely went to the front desk to switch out the room and the receptionist took me to 2 other rooms and it got worst. The owner must do better because this is not a good representation of the Laquinta brand. They should not be asking for a deposit, instead they need to pay the customers a deposit to stay there. Just shut it down. It gives shelter or rehab facility. Just being honest. Don’t stay here!!! We checked in and checked right tf out !!!!"

"I saw a lot of ppl calling to complain about the $250 credit hold. I’m not gonna lie and say when I saw they held this much per stay that I was honestly ready to cancel my reservation because I never stayed somewhere that held that much and ppl seemed to be waiting a long time to get it back but mine came back quickly and I enjoyed my nightly stay! Comfortable "

"The kitchen was Not Equipped at all. I have stated here before several months ago and l Actually enjoyed it that’s why l was okay with reserving an stay at the establishment again However this Stay was Awful and l had Family in town from another state they was Disappointed Displeased and unhappy. I did find out however it’s under new management so maybe that’s why the Stay Was As Pleasant as the First Stay. I Will Never tell anyone Nor will l Stay at Woodsprings Inn Suites Again. I forgot to mention about the Fist print in the bathroom door l still have pictures of that in my phone. Just Shameful."
