As best as I could understand, he told me that there was already one on my bed and that was all I was entitled to. "Location of the hotel was perfect for where I need to work. Staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Martha in the restaurant. I had two dinners there and the food was exceptional, and the service is very friendly."

"I booked the hotel because it was pet friendly but when I got to the property I was charged $100 pet fee!!! RiDICULOUS!!!! The room was already $194 for a sub par hotel not in a resort or vacation area. So an additional $100 was not acceptable. But at 11pm and suitcases already in hand and already checked in adding an additional $100 makes me confident in saying NEVER AGAIN"

The make your own waffles are really good 😋 Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, and the location is perfect - close to Black Rock and Fairfield Center. It’s also close to the train station, so you can hop on the train for a day trip to the City."

"From the outside the property does not present that well, but the rooms were spacious, well appointed and clean with good attention to detail. I was not aware that this property is more like a vacation rental than a hotel. Entry to the room is with a code. Staffing appears to be minimal during office hours and there is no on site staff after hours."
