"Managerial staff suck There was a blizzard and loss of power/heat/hot water They wanted us to pay full price to stay more night! Jerks! They also did not hire anyone to plow the parking lot so everyone remainder stranded for days. We dug ourselves out. "

"They gave me room that wasn’t even finished being cleaned so I had to wait in the hall for 10mins for the cleaner to get done and when I went in the bathroom had hair all in it she didn’t even vacuum the side night stand had liquid on it nothing was wiped down the tables had crumbs and smudged food on them. And the people across the hall was extremely loud and was up until after 1am yelling in the halls loud music and slamming doors"

The decor was pleasing and unlike any other motel I have stayed in. Check in was easy and during my 3 night stay it was very quiet. Which was greatly appreciated. I’d recommend Founders Brook Motel and Suites to everyone. Thank you for this gem. I’ll definitely be back"

"I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and friendliness of the staff. It was a quick check in time, easy check out. The only inconvenience was the lack of parking. There was an event going on so there was no parking we had to drive around a few times and then park in a handicap spot until something opened up. Other than that we had a great time. Food recommendations were a 5/5! "

"I wasn’t given the jacuzzi room like I reserved. I was given a room with a jetted tub. When asked about it was told it’s all the same thing. Even when I showed a picture of the room I booked. I was brushed off and told they didn’t have rooms like that. Not a happy experience "

"Defintely off season: rate and amenities. Think hotal was almost empty mid week and few staff. Hotel had a relaxed vibe. But the room was good, the bed comfortable"

"The toilet was directly across from the hot tub, which is a very small no bathroom. Just a curtain between the toilet and the hot tub. There's no shower, there's no bureau, no place to put your clothes. This is the worst day I have ever been at.You know, I only booked it because you on expedia made it look good.It is horrible place way overpriced"

"So there's no real amenities at this place even though you pay a resort and amenities fee. Property doesnt have the restaurant running at the inn which is the only real amenity so that was a major bummer since you kind of rely on it being open for dinner considering everything else is 40 mins out w/o traffic.
