"The staff here is amazing and I love the courtyard and pool. The room is clean and comfortable but the bed is a little too hard for my taste. I really like this hotel overall. "

"We checked in after 8pm and the loby was closed, a paper sigh directed guests to use the "window" around the side was a security window, buzzer and tinny, scratchy speaker . A woman inside was sweeping and looked annoyed and finally acknowledged my presence. She was less than welcoming and curt. It took her along time to check us in and she spoke very few words through the speaker at us. It felt more like a prison visit then vacation check in.
